About the role

Role Overview

TLN is seeking an eLearning Developer to build engaging, interactive digital learning experiences. You’ll partner with instructional designers, project managers, SMEs, and clients to develop high-quality courses and learning assets that support organizational learning and business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop eLearning courses using tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, and Vyond
  • Transform storyboards, scripts, and instructional materials into interactive learning experiences
  • Build simulations, assessments, branching scenarios, and reusable learning assets
  • Collaborate with instructional designers, SMEs, project managers, and clients to deliver effective solutions
  • Perform quality assurance testing to ensure courses work across devices and learning platforms
  • Troubleshoot issues related to LMS, SCORM/xAPI, accessibility, media, and publishing
  • Apply accessibility standards and WCAG best practices where required
  • Incorporate feedback from user acceptance testing and stakeholders
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects while meeting quality, timeline, and client expectations
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of development standards, templates, and workflows
  • Explore emerging technologies, including AI-enabled tools and automation to improve efficiency

Requirements

  • Experience developing eLearning using Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise)
  • Multimedia/design skills with Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, Audition, After Effects)
  • Ability to create interactive learning from storyboards and design specifications
  • Understanding of LMS environments, SCORM/xAPI standards, and publishing/tracking requirements
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and QA testing practices
  • Strong attention to detail, plus excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced remote environment

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with Vyond and/or Adobe Captivate (or similar authoring tools)
  • Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
  • Experience creating learning simulations and scenario-based training
  • Awareness of AI-assisted development tools and automation technologies
  • Experience working with enterprise clients and complex learning projects
