About the role

Role Overview

Join Nortal as a Semi-senior Fullstack Engineer (Python, Node, C#, React) on a close-knit LATAM remote team. You’ll design, develop, and maintain end-to-end applications using a mix of backend and frontend technologies, contributing to scalable services, robust APIs, and user-centered releases.

Responsibilities

Develop and integrate scalable back-end services using Node.js, C#, and Python
Design, build, and maintain full-stack features across front-end and back-end systems
Work with relational and NoSQL data stores
Build and deploy cloud-native solutions on AWS, using event-driven and serverless patterns
Write and maintain automated tests to ensure code quality and reliability
Manage Infrastructure as Code and contribute to CI/CD pipelines
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced Agile environment

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field
Strong hands-on experience with React
Backend experience with Node.js, C#, and Python
Experience with PostgreSQL, AWS DynamoDB, and SQL
AWS experience including: Lambda, ECS, SQS, EventBridge, CloudFront, ALB (and related services)
Testing framework experience such as Jest and Playwright

Nice-to-haves

Experience with Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD pipeline tooling (mentioned as part of the day-to-day work)
