Dispatch Coordinator I

Role Overview

Belle is seeking a Dispatch Support Agent to help ensure the field care team operates with precision and efficiency. This role is central to day-to-day operations, balancing schedule accuracy, stakeholder communication, and real-time problem solving to keep appointments running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Fill same-day and next-day schedule openings by managing waitlists and pull-forward opportunities to maximize utilization
• Perform outbound member outreach to convert open capacity into completed appointments
• Provide timely support through member text and chat channels
• Coordinate real-time responses to technician callouts and scheduling disruptions, using effective rescheduling to minimize appointment loss
• Serve as the primary communication link with field technicians via two-way radio, resolving in-field issues (e.g., delays, no-answer visits, navigation needs)
• Partner with Customer Success to retain appointments and reduce avoidable cancellations
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of member interactions, scheduling activity, and outcomes in the CRM

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in dispatch, scheduling, customer service, or operations
• Ability to manage multiple live conversations simultaneously (text, chat, radio)
• Proficiency with scheduling and/or CRM software (or strong ability to learn quickly)
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written communication and problem-solving abilities
• Detail-oriented mindset with strong accuracy and follow-through
