Role Overview
Junior Graphic Designer to join Tribu Offline (workLATAM) remotely.
What You’ll Do
- Design graphic pieces for social media (posts, stories, and other digital formats).
- Create visual assets for in-person events (flyers, posters, signage, credentials, merchandising, etc.).
- Adapt and maintain the brand’s visual line across different formats.
- Support the visual conceptualization of campaigns and activities.
- Prepare final files for print and digital publication.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
- Basic knowledge of design for print and digital formats.
- Strong aesthetic judgment: composition, typography, and color management.
- Organized work style and ability to meet deadlines.
- Initiative and willingness to learn; detail-oriented with high visual quality.
Nice to Have
- Portfolio of previous work (academic, freelance, or personal).
Job Details
- Part-time, 100% remote with flexible hours based on goal delivery.
- Salary: S/. 1,150.00 – S/. 1,250.00 per month.
