Role: Director, Technology Solutions

Lead the strategic direction and operational execution of Futuro Health’s technology infrastructure, data systems, and enterprise applications.

Employment: Full-Time, Exempt

Responsibilities

Technology & Infrastructure Oversight

Own the strategic and operational direction of IT infrastructure.
Ensure core platforms are secure, scalable, well-governed, and responsive to business needs.
Oversee technology infrastructure built on .NET, SQL Server, Microsoft Azure, and Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

Architecture, Vendors, and Delivery

Evaluate technology architecture and vendor decisions.
Direct and hold technical leaders accountable for delivery and operational execution.

Data Systems & Enterprise Applications

Own technology components that support the learner experience and enterprise operations.
Translate organizational and business needs into technical solutions.

Cross-Functional Leadership

Partner with program, scholar-facing, and client-facing leadership.
Work closely with the Director of Instructional Design to ensure new learning tools integrate cleanly with the broader technology environment.

Requirements

Strong technologist/solutions-architect mindset: capable of designing, implementing, and maintaining reliable systems.
Ability to lead and develop technical teams.
Experience owning infrastructure/data/enterprise application platforms with an emphasis on security, scalability, governance, and responsiveness to business needs.

Nice-to-Haves

Familiarity with healthcare workforce or education/lifelong learning platforms and integrations.
Experience integrating learning tools into enterprise technology environments.

It improves communities’ health and economic mobility by helping diverse adults become Futuro Health Scholars and earn credentials through training pathways supported at low or no cost. The organization works with multiple funders, grants, and contracts and emphasizes data-driven, scalable solutions for employers, partners, and communities.
