Role Overview

Director, Operational Performance at AnewHealth. You will develop and lead operational processes, people strategy, and performance management to ensure efficient, scalable, and high-quality pharmacy operations. This role drives operational excellence through workflow optimization, KPI management, cross-functional coordination, and continuous improvement—across areas like pharmacy fulfillment, patient experience, compliance, and technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operational performance strategy across pharmacy operations
• Meet performance targets for productivity, turnaround time, and quality
• Identify and execute process improvement initiatives
• Establish and monitor KPIs and reporting routines
• Support and execute technology solutions to improve automation and workflow efficiency
• Partner cross-functionally to drive enterprise initiatives with strong ROI
• Oversee staffing models and workforce planning
• Conduct root cause analysis and drive resolution of operational issues
• Achieve budget targets and operational efficiency goals
• Support transition to a new pharmacy operating system
• Embody AnewHealth’s core values in all communications and interactions

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive experience with increasing responsibility in frontend pharmacy processing using high-volume automated transactional and fulfillment technology
• Ability to lead multi-unit teams (teams of 100+ colleagues, including pharmacists and technicians)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven track record leading high-performing teams
• Expertise in workflow optimization and KPI management
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Bachelor’s degree in operations, healthcare, or related field (PharmD preferred)

Job Details

• Remote position
• Full-time; average 40 hours/week with potential availability outside normal business hours
• Travel may be required for events or client-facing meetings
