Location: Bristol or London (hybrid)
Salary: £130,400 - £163,000

Role overview

Own the timely, predictable execution of the Product & Technology roadmap for Kaluza and its clients across global product, field deployment, and platform foundations teams. Lead the delivery function by line-managing senior delivery leaders, setting delivery standards, and providing executive-level confidence on near-term and longer-term delivery.

Responsibilities

• Run delivery at scale:
  • Lead end-to-end delivery across multiple product streams and/or client programmes.
  • Drive roadmap alignment, delivery enablement, and reporting from team level to executive overview.
  • Build confidence through capacity planning, milestone tracking (actuals vs estimates), forecasting, and proactive resolution of cross-team dependencies.
• Implement an AI-native system of work:
  • Make AI-assisted delivery the default.
  • Partner with Product & Tech Business Operations to implement best practices across the Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC).
• Grow an independent delivery community:
  • Build a high-performing community that solves its own problems and takes initiative (“yes if” attitude).
• Partner and influence at executive level:
  • Move fluently between board-level narrative and detailed problem-solving (e.g., handling stuck dependencies).

Requirements

• Strong leadership experience in delivery/operations across product, technology, and client-facing programmes.
• Ability to set and scale delivery methodologies and operating rhythms.
• Demonstrable skills in forecasting, capacity planning, milestone tracking, and dependency management.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience partnering with product, engineering, UX, and client delivery leadership.
• Experience enabling AI-assisted delivery and/or AI-informed operating practices across PDLC.
