Director of Product Management (Platform)

Role overview

As Director of Product Management (Platform) at Cribl, you will lead the strategy, execution, and performance of multiple key product areas within the Cribl Platform. This remote-first role manages and scales a team of product managers while driving cross-functional collaboration and roadmap delivery across SaaS and self-hosted offerings.

Key missions

• Lead strategy and execution for multiple Cribl Platform product areas, including:
  • Cribl.Cloud
  • Identity & authorization
  • Billing & commerce
  • Customer lifecycle
  • Developer experience
  • Environment support
• Manage and scale a high-performing team of product managers; drive the platform product strategy across SaaS and self-hosted.
• Define and execute the Cribl Platform roadmap, aligning with business goals and fostering accountability, impact, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years in leadership managing high-performing teams.
• Hands-on, technically strong background with ability to partner with engineering and make complex product decisions.
• Proven success scaling enterprise SaaS and B2B products in a fast-growing environment.
• Experience leading multiple product areas within a platform (preferred: identity management, billing & commerce, developer experience, or infrastructure).
• Strong go-to-market collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to align executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Customer-first mindset; ability to translate market needs into product experiences.
• Experience with cloud-native and hybrid enterprise environments (SaaS and self-managed deployments).
