About the role
Role Overview
Director of Product Management for the Assessment domain (full remote). You will own strategy and execution across market expansion, revenue growth, and go-to-market initiatives, while leading platform modernization and customer retention.
Key Missions
- Lead the Assessment product line: drive market expansion, revenue growth, and go-to-market strategy.
- Develop product strategy for:
- new capabilities
- new customer segments
- entry into adjacent markets
- Own retention & growth for Assessments end-to-end:
- opportunity identification
- value adoption
- Platform modernization and change management for the domain.
- Lead a team of Product Managers and represent the customer voice in decisions.
- Partner closely with executives, sales leaders, and cross-functional teams to secure investment and revenue growth.
Responsibilities (What you’ll do)
- Build and execute a business case-driven product strategy at the product line level (including annual planning).
- Collaborate with sales and leadership on growth and GTM execution.
- Lead retention/ARR initiatives and drive growth outcomes.
- Work directly with customers to ensure their needs shape product decisions.
Requirements
- 10+ years of product management experience, including leading a product line at meaningful scale.
- Proven ownership of retention, ARR, and growth outcomes.
- Strong product line strategy skills: business cases, market opportunity assessment, and competitive positioning.
- Experience leading and developing PM teams.
- Ability to travel ~25%.
- A point of view on AI in education technology.
- Experience in SaaS, EdTech, or comparable enterprise B2B environments.

- East Coast US preferred.
