Role Overview

Director of Product Management (Financial Systems) at Flock Safety (Full remote). Lead the strategy, architecture, and execution of the Contract-to-Ledger financial ecosystem, working across key financial lifecycles.

Key Missions

• Lead product strategy, system architecture, and technical execution for the Contract-to-Ledger ecosystem covering:
  • Order-to-Cash
  • Record-to-Report
  • Hire-to-Pay
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, and executive leadership to translate commercial strategies and accounting policies into automated system logic.
• Direct internal product managers and manage relationships with external implementation partners to ensure builds align with the core platform strategy.

Profile / Requirements

• Consultative stakeholder partnership skills to standardize repeatable business processes before writing technical code.
• Ability to design cross-platform data handshakes and convert system signals into automated validation gates and reporting workflows.
• Proven experience managing product managers and guiding engineering partners to deliver enterprise software capabilities.
• Operational experience managing data integrations and configurations in enterprise financial platforms, including:
  • Salesforce Billing
  • NetSuite ERP
  • NetSuite ARM
  • Specialized subscription management platforms
• Experience running technical product management or enterprise architecture across financial lifecycles, including:
  • Automated billing
  • Deferred revenue
  • ERP behaviors
