Director of Product Management (Data & AI Platform Security)

Role Overview

Director of Product Management for Data & AI Platform Security at ServiceNow. You will lead the product strategy and execution for ServiceNow’s security portfolio focused on data, AI, and user security—owning ServiceNow Vault end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the long-term strategy and vision for the Vault product portfolio aligned to ServiceNow platform and business priorities.
• Own the security product roadmap for Vault, including prioritization, sequencing, dependencies, and delivery outcomes.
• Coordinate across teams as the central point between SecOps, Identity & Authentication, Platform Security, Engineering, Audit, Risk, Legal, Policy & Practice (P&P), and Compliance.
• Lead end-to-end product leadership for ServiceNow Vault, including:
  • encryption
  • data privacy
  • log export services
  • code signing
  • AI-native Vault console
• Communicate complex technical and regulatory concepts to executives, customers, and cross-functional partners.

Requirements

• 13–18+ years of leadership experience in data & AI security, data privacy, encryption, authorization, and data security.
• Proven history building, mentoring, and leading high-performing teams.
• Deep expertise in data security, AI security, and regulatory frameworks.
• Strong analytical and systems-thinking skills.
• Proven experience designing and operating enterprise data security programs.
• Experience in highly regulated, global enterprise environments.
• Ability to balance innovation with risk and usability (customer-first mindset).
• Background in AI security product management for enterprise/platform-scale solutions.

Nice to Have

• Experience with process automation and AI-driven security workflows.
• Experience working with or building on the ServiceNow Platform.
• Exposure to AI & data security tactics and agentic systems.

Location / Work Style

• Full remote, with requirement to be local to the Santa Clara, CA headquarters office.
