Role overview
As Director of Product Management (Crisis Management) at Semperis (Ready1), you will lead the Crisis Management product pillar. You’ll own the product vision and strategy, manage and mentor product managers, and drive the end-to-end product lifecycle in close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.

- Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive development, launch, and ongoing product performance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management (or closely related), including 3+ years in a direct management role.
- Demonstrated real-world experience managing through crisis (e.g., cyber incidents, IT incidents, business incidents, or similar).
- Strong communication and presentation skills to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Crisis response experience strongly desired.
- Data-driven, analytical problem-solving approach.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, or related field (MBA or MS is a plus).
Nice to have
- Advanced degree (MBA/MS).
- Proven ability to deliver technological solutions in a crisis-driven context.
Work model
