Role Overview

Join EvenUp as Director of Product. You’ll shape the future of the platform, lead a team of product managers, and partner with cross-functional leaders to deliver scalable, intuitive solutions.

Key Missions

• Define and drive product strategy across multiple platforms, with a focus on launching AI products that deliver meaningful value to law firms.
• Lead and grow a team of product managers, fostering a culture of extreme ownership, fast execution, and technical excellence.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Design, Engineering, GTM, and leadership to prioritize, build, and launch high-impact solutions at scale.

Requirements

• Customer-obsessed problem solver who turns complexity into intuitive product experiences.
• Strong communicator and cross-functional influencer, including at the executive level.
• 10+ years in Product Management, including 3+ years leading and scaling PM teams in high-growth SaaS environments (Series C to IPO).
• Hands-on experience shipping AI/ML products, including:
  • Nuances of LLMs
  • Prompt engineering
  • Technical trade-offs to build reliable generative systems.
• Outcomes-driven: focus on metrics, user retention, and building defensible competitive advantages.
• Comfortable with ambiguity; able to navigate scaling challenges without compromising product quality.
