Role Overview

Director of Product (Enterprise) for Homebuyer & Estimator Experiences at Higharc. You will define product vision, strategy, and execution, lead product managers, and drive product-led growth across the homebuying journey.

Key Missions

• Define product vision, strategy, and execution to help homebuyers explore and configure homes.
• Build and manage a strong team of product managers, coaching and developing talent to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Showroom and Estimate.
• Lead how artificial intelligence is integrated into the buyer journey.

Responsibilities (Implied)

• Shape end-to-end user experiences for homebuyers while aligning with backend workflow/operational systems.
• Drive measurable outcomes across customer experience, operations, and commerce workflows.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution with Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and GTM partners.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, including leading multiple product areas or teams.
• 4+ years of people management experience (coaching and developing product managers).
• Experience in consumer products, marketplaces, ecommerce, purchasing, or supplier workflows.
• Strong product thinking paired with strong design judgment (intuitive, cohesive, high-quality experiences).
• Product instincts spanning both user-facing experiences and backend workflows/operational systems.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and across complexity involving multiple personas, systems, and goals.
• Track record of shipping products with measurable business outcomes and experience with product-led growth.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; align teams around goals and tradeoffs.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience in construction technology, homebuilding, design software, or related vertical products.
• Familiarity with AI-powered workflows, recommendation systems, visualization tools, or estimating products.
