About the role
Role Overview
As Director of Product Delivery at Datasite, you will lead the Product Management function and own a significant portfolio of product work. You’ll act as the primary bridge between Product Strategy and Product Delivery, ensuring that ambitious roadmaps are executable and delivered with high quality.
Responsibilities
- Lead Product Management and own a meaningful portfolio of product work
- Ensure strong product ownership and delivery quality across features and initiatives
- Serve as the bridge between Product Strategy and Product Delivery to align roadmaps, priorities, and execution
- Drive consistency and quality across the end-to-end product lifecycle: scoping, building, testing, documentation, and releases
- Lead, mentor, and performance-manage a team of Product Managers
- Personally own a core product area or strategic feature set end-to-end (player-coach)
Requirements
- 8+ years of Product Management experience
- 3+ years managing a team
- Background in B2B SaaS or enterprise software
- Proven experience in player-coach roles with meaningful personal product ownership
- Comfortable operating with imperfect information and evolving priorities
- Pragmatic decision-making that balances customer value, delivery reality, and business impact
- Strong communication skills with engineers, commercial teams, and leadership
- Highly execution-oriented; comfortable being deep in the details
- People management style focused on coaching and clear, constructive feedback
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with AI-powered, data-intensive, or workflow-driven products
- Prior experience in startups or scaleups (speed, ambiguity, hands-on delivery)
