Responsibilities

  • Lead Product Management and own a meaningful portfolio of product work
  • Ensure strong product ownership and delivery quality across features and initiatives
  • Serve as the bridge between Product Strategy and Product Delivery to align roadmaps, priorities, and execution
  • Drive consistency and quality across the end-to-end product lifecycle: scoping, building, testing, documentation, and releases
  • Lead, mentor, and performance-manage a team of Product Managers
  • Personally own a core product area or strategic feature set end-to-end (player-coach)

Requirements

  • 8+ years of Product Management experience
  • 3+ years managing a team
  • Background in B2B SaaS or enterprise software
  • Proven experience in player-coach roles with meaningful personal product ownership
  • Comfortable operating with imperfect information and evolving priorities
  • Pragmatic decision-making that balances customer value, delivery reality, and business impact
  • Strong communication skills with engineers, commercial teams, and leadership
  • Highly execution-oriented; comfortable being deep in the details
  • People management style focused on coaching and clear, constructive feedback

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with AI-powered, data-intensive, or workflow-driven products
  • Prior experience in startups or scaleups (speed, ambiguity, hands-on delivery)
