Role Overview

Aligned Ventures is seeking a Director of Marketing Operations (100% remote) to serve as a strategic “Chief of Staff” for the company’s revenue engine. You will translate the CEO’s high-level briefs into live, tracked, and optimized marketing systems you own end-to-end.

What You Will Own

GoHighLevel (GHL) Command Center
- Own the GoHighLevel environment.
- Design funnel architecture, automated email/SMS nurtures, and CRM hygiene.
Full-Cycle Campaign Launch
- Launch campaigns A to Z using high-level creative direction.
- Execute across LinkedIn, Meta, and Email.
- Use AI to repurpose core content into higher-converting copy and creative assets.
Operational Analytics (“Truth in the Numbers”)
- Build and monitor dashboards tracking CPA, lead quality, and sales rep productivity.
- Provide insights and recommendations to guide CEO pivots.
Resource & Vendor Management
- Identify, hire, and manage specialized freelancers (e.g., video editors, designers).
- Ensure quality and deadline adherence.
Market Research
- Research investor psychology and competitor moves to keep messaging sharp and effective.

Requirements / Profile

Systems-obsessed: builds efficient workflows and enjoys technical problem-solving.
AI power user: integrates AI into daily work for high output and creative success.
Proactive integrator: drives projects to completion with minimal micro-instructions, based on high-level goals.

Compensation

Base Salary: $85,000–$110,000 (based on technical depth and experience)
