Role overview
As the Director of Global Strategic HR Business Partners at Atlas, you will shape and execute the organization’s global HR business partner strategy. You will lead HR Business Partners, partner with senior leaders, and drive key people initiatives including talent management, D&I, and data-informed decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the global HR business partner strategy aligned to company goals.
- Ensure HR business partners act as strategic advisors to business leaders.
- Lead and develop a team of HR Business Partners, providing guidance to enhance organizational performance.
- Support complex employee relations matters and provide HR leadership on sensitive issues.
- Drive Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) initiatives to build an inclusive and diverse workforce.
- Use HR analytics to inform decisions and support global talent management initiatives.
- Champion a culture of trust and partnership across geographies and functions.
Requirements
- People leadership experience in a global environment.
- Proven HR leadership experience with a strong focus on global HRBP roles.
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience in fast-moving, high-growth global settings.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong commercial awareness.
- Collaborative ability across functions and geographies.
- Exceptional understanding of global employment law.
- In-depth knowledge of HR operations.
- Demonstrated success building and leading high-performing HR teams.
- Experience coaching and guiding teammates to deliver effective results.
