About the role
Role Overview
The Director of Enterprise Architecture will lead ClearCaptions’ end-to-end technology transformation. You will define enterprise architecture strategy, ensure cohesive designs across business systems, and leverage AI to automate processes and accelerate business efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Lead & People Management
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of enterprise and domain architects.
- Provide architectural governance and thought leadership across initiatives.
- Mentor architects to become trusted advisors to business leaders.
- Enterprise Architecture & Strategy
- Define and maintain the Enterprise Architecture roadmap aligned to business strategy and measurable transformation outcomes.
- Establish architecture principles, standards, and guardrails for consistency across platforms and domains.
- Partner with business and IT leaders on long-term technology strategy and investment decisions.
- Communicate complex technical strategy as clear executive business value.
- AI-Driven Process Automation
- Drive adoption of AI, Machine Learning (ML), and generative AI to streamline operations and reduce manual workload.
- Identify high-value automation opportunities with business process owners and help implement AI-driven solutions.
