About the role
Role Overview
The Director of Engineering, P.E. will lead Data Center Electrical Engineering operations, drive technical excellence, and support large, high-risk hyperscale/cloud/AI data center projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead regional electrical engineering teams
- Drive engineering strategy, QA/QC, commissioning, and project delivery
- Support proposals, client presentations, and business development
- Recruit, mentor, and develop engineering talent
- Provide technical leadership for mission-critical electrical systems on complex projects
Required Qualifications
- Active Professional Engineer (P.E.) license
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Architectural, or related Engineering field
- 10+ years of electrical, facilities, or building systems engineering experience
- 5+ years of hands-on data center design experience
- Strong expertise in mission-critical electrical systems and commissioning
