Role Overview
Join CoderPad (CodinGame) as Director of Engineering. You will lead multiple engineering teams, shape technical architecture and long-term system strategy, and work closely with Product Management to improve the technical interviewing experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support multiple engineering teams, ensuring consistent delivery, high technical quality, and healthy team operations.
- Define and guide technical architecture and long-term system strategy across teams within your scope, in collaboration with EMEA engineering leadership.
- Own and manage technical roadmaps with product and engineering leadership (VP Product, VP Engineering, and Director of Engineering in EMEA), including identifying and addressing technical debt.
