About the role
Role Overview
Director of Business Development at NeuroPraxis. This is a full-time, remote role focused on driving growth and building strategic partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Lead new business initiatives and manage the business development pipeline
- Identify, cultivate, and develop referral sources
- Build relationships with healthcare providers, payers, case managers, and community organizations
- Oversee lead generation activities and coordinate outreach campaigns to increase awareness
- Collaborate with executive leadership on business plans, market opportunity assessment, and growth forecasting
- Guide contract negotiations and support key account management
- Use client and partner feedback to refine service offerings while ensuring alignment with the mission of client-centered rehabilitation
Requirements
- Demonstrated expertise in new business development and lead generation
- Strong business planning skills (market analysis, strategic planning, growth forecasting)
- Proficiency in contract negotiation and structuring agreements with healthcare organizations/payers
- Solid account management skills to sustain long-term partner relationships
- Healthcare, rehabilitation, or related experience; understanding TBI/SCI or complex care services preferred
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement across clinical, administrative, and community audiences
- Proven leadership skills, including cross-functional collaboration and mentoring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or related field (advanced degree a plus)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment
