About the role

Role Overview

Director, Creative Services for a global B2B marketing organization. Lead the creative vision and execution across digital, field, events, web, video, and sales enablement, ensuring brand consistency, enterprise credibility, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Lead creative strategy and execution for B2B marketing initiatives, aligned to enterprise positioning and messaging
  • Own and evolve visual brand systems (scalable design standards, templates, and governance processes)
  • Oversee creative production for campaigns, web, events, sales materials, and video; apply modern design best practices, usability, and accessibility
  • Optimize creative operations (intake, prioritization, resource allocation, and budget management) to improve throughput and time-to-market
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Revenue Marketing, Customer Marketing, and Sales to deliver high-performing creative assets
  • Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary creative team; drive accountability, operational rigor, and continuous development
  • Ensure cross-functional collaboration and alignment of creative output with business priorities

Requirements

  • 10+ years of creative leadership experience in B2B technology or SaaS
  • 4+ years managing in-house creative teams and optimizing creative operations
  • Proven ability to drive efficiency, improve team performance, and manage agency partnerships
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
  • Strong understanding of web, UX, accessibility, and digital best practices
  • Experience delivering creative across multiple channels (digital, events, PR, web, sales enablement)
  • Strong strategic, communication, presentation, persuasion, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to operate in a disciplined, performance-driven environment while fostering a learning culture

  • Remote flexibility with some on-site presence for team collaboration when required
