Role Overview
As a Director, Client Partner at Tinuiti, you’ll own strategic, executive-level client relationships for a set of accounts. You will lead integrated multi-channel planning and client touchpoints that translate insights into clear decisions, measurable outcomes, and actionable next steps.
Responsibilities
- Client-Centric Leadership
- Own end-to-end integrated multi-channel planning for assigned accounts and present at client touchpoints.
- Align annual/quarterly/campaign plans to business objectives with clear trade-offs (channel roles, pacing, investment recommendations).
- Build trusted relationships with Director/VP stakeholders; expand the stakeholder map.
- Proactively identify and neutralize risks and political headwinds.
- Performance, Forecasting & Optimization
- Connect investment and testing recommendations to measurable outcomes.
- Lead forecasting and scenario modeling (e.g., CAC, ROAS, revenue, reach, lift) to reduce waste and scale opportunities.
- Lead performance/optimization transparency; drive client decisions and next steps.
- New Business (BD) Support
- Lead or co-lead new-business pursuits; shape solutioning, scoping, and narratives for integrated cross-channel value.
- Product-Led Approach (Bliss Point App Suite)
- Build deep working knowledge of the Bliss Point App Suite and connect capabilities, data structures, and limitations to client priorities.
- Create action-driving narratives using outputs (“what, so what, now what”).
- Set standards for instrumentation and hygiene; ensure QA and issue triage.
- Provide structured feedback to Product; champion measurable adoption and high-quality usage.
- Data & Measurement
- Define simple success measures by objective (awareness, consideration, conversion).
- Partner with Analytics/Econometrics to design measurement approaches (e.g., MMM, incrementality), including reading cadence and trade-offs/guardrails.
- Synthesize multi-source, multi-channel data into investment cases with expected impact.
Requirements (Inferred from the Posting)
- Experience owning executive client relationships and leading integrated, multi-channel marketing planning.
- Strong analytical thinking to connect investment and testing to measurable outcomes.
- Ability to perform scenario modeling and forecasting across marketing KPIs (e.g., CAC/ROAS/reach/lift).
