Own and grow ID.me’s relationships across the telecommunications ecosystem, partnering with senior leaders across Network, Product, Security, Fraud, Consumer, and Corporate Development to structure commercial, strategic, durable partnerships.

  • Own end-to-end business development strategy for major telecom carriers; act as primary relationship lead and internal “quarterback” for each account.
  • Originate, structure, and close complex partnership deals, including:

    • Co-development and co-sell motions

  • Lead consultative, multi-persona engagements across carrier teams (e.g., Network, Product, Security/Fraud, Consumer, HR, Corporate Development) to:
    • Identify identity and fraud gaps across the subscriber lifecycle
    • Quantify impact (fraud, call-center OPEX, churn, account-takeover risk)
  • Build and execute account plans that expand initial use cases into broader deployments.
