About the role
Role Overview
Director, AI-Enabled DevOps Transformation at Valiantys Group. You will drive sales and growth while acting as a trusted advisor to senior technology and business executives, leading high-impact transformation engagements.
Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, VPs of Engineering, and Platform leaders.
- Translate executives’ business goals into multi-year transformation roadmaps.
- Drive sales and growth across strategic and enterprise accounts, including:
- New logo acquisition
- Existing account expansion
- Lead pursuit and delivery consultants to win and execute high-impact engagements.
- Facilitate executive alignment and ensure value realization.
Requirements
- Experience advising executive stakeholders and building multi-year transformation roadmaps.
- Proven ability to drive enterprise sales outcomes (new logo + expansion).
- Ability to lead teams of consultants through pursuit and delivery.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with DevOps transformation and/or AI-enabled operations initiatives.
