Digital Interactive Developer (Front-End / React)

Role Overview

Digital Interactive Developer focused on front-end development for building engaging, interactive digital experiences.

Contract: Long-term through May 10, 2027 (strong chance of extension) Work model: Fully remote, with flexibility across East Coast to West Coast hours.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain interactive web experiences including:
  • Interactive sales aids
  • Marketing websites
  • Complex forms
  • Banners and interactive touch-based applications
  • Responsive emails
• Develop responsive, component-based UIs using modern JavaScript/TypeScript and React (or similar frameworks)
• Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to deliver pixel-accurate, high-attention-to-detail implementations
• Integrate with APIs and backend services
• Work in a fast-paced, agency-style environment on varied “one-off” projects
• Participate in iterative reviews, incorporate feedback efficiently, and maintain code quality
• Maintain and extend existing codebases by writing clean, reusable, component-driven code

Must-Have Qualifications

• Advanced TypeScript and strong JavaScript skills
• Hands-on experience with React (or Vue or similar component-based frameworks)
• Proficiency with modern CSS frameworks (e.g., Tailwind, Bootstrap, SCSS)
• 4+ years front-end development experience
• 2+ years in a fast-paced advertising or marketing agency environment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills (working directly with designers, PMs, and account teams)
• Portfolio or GitHub repository required

Nice-to-Haves

• Next.js or static site generation experience
• Component libraries such as Material-UI or Chakra UI
• Complex form development (multi-step wizards, conditional logic, schema-driven forms)
• Animation libraries such as GSAP or Framer Motion
• Email development tools (e.g., MJML, responsive HTML/CSS, Liquid templating)
• Veeva CLM or pharmaceutical/healthcare experience
