Digital Front End Developer Sr/Lead

Role overview

Senior/Lead Digital Front End Developer on Progressive’s Knowledge and Development Solutions (KDS) Digital Team. You will partner with a business area to design and deliver custom digital solutions, including SharePoint sites and Power Apps, while working with stakeholders to improve workflow efficiency, user experience, and communication.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver custom SharePoint sites and Power Apps for assigned business areas
• Partner with stakeholders to build intuitive and accessible digital tools
• Streamline workflows and improve user experience and communication
• Contribute to operational efficiency and ensure digital initiatives align with business priorities
• Provide or include a portfolio of work with your application

Requirements (Must-have)

• 6+ years of front-end development (or related work), OR
• Associate’s degree + 5+ years front-end development, OR
• Bachelor’s degree + 3+ years front-end development

Preferred skills

• Advanced experience with Power Apps
• Experience with Power Automate and knowledge of Power BI
• Advanced proficiency in SharePoint, including site structuring and strong content organization
• Hands-on experience with SharePoint lists and libraries
• Experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx)
• Knowledge of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) practices

Work model and schedule

• Remote for US-based work only
• Occasional travel to headquarters in the Cleveland, OH area (2–4 times/year)
• Mon–Fri, 1st shift ET/CT/MT

Compensation & benefits

• $107,000 – $131,200/year, based on position level
• Gainshare annual cash incentive up to 30% of eligible earnings
