Role overview

Digital Experience / Web Applications Developer (5421) at Tier4 Group. You will build responsive, accessible digital experiences and robust web applications, partnering with UX/UI designers, developers, and project stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Turn design concepts, wireframes, and mockups into responsive, accessible, polished web experiences
Build interactive user interfaces and web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks
Develop custom content and application solutions for business and user needs
Create reusable components/modules/tools to improve scalability and efficiency
Build and maintain custom functionality for unique project requirements
Integrate third-party systems (e.g., CRM, analytics, eCommerce, mapping) via APIs
Develop API-driven experiences and contribute to modern architecture initiatives
Optimize performance, accessibility, and search visibility
Participate in code reviews and help establish development standards/best practices
Troubleshoot technical issues and support delivery across multiple projects

Requirements

3+ years of professional web development experience
Strong HTML, CSS using SASS/SCSS, and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
Experience with React, Vue, or similar component-based frameworks
Experience building custom content-driven web solutions
Strong experience developing, integrating, and consuming REST APIs
Knowledge of version control (Git)
Strong debugging/troubleshooting/problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration

Nice to have

Headless or API-first architecture experience
Mobile application development experience
Performance optimization expertise
Security and caching optimization experience
Accessibility standards knowledge (WCAG)
Tailwind CSS or other utility-first CSS frameworks
Agency experience managing multiple concurrent projects
Advanced third-party API integration experience

Work setup

100% remote
Must be available for CST or EST time zones
Direct hire, full-time (FTE)
