About the role
Role Overview
DevSecOps Engineer for a fast-growing Series A startup, focused on strengthening and scaling security across cloud-native platforms. You’ll work at the intersection of security, infrastructure, and automation to ensure environments are secure, stable, and compliant.
Responsibilities
- Partner with customers during onboarding to validate secure deployment practices
- Embed security into infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and runtime systems
- Operate core security tooling and integrate security signals into automated workflows
- Support continuous monitoring, documentation, and compliance reporting
- Harden cloud-native environments with guardrails and drift prevention
- Secure Kubernetes workloads and multi-cloud infrastructure
Requirements
- 3–6+ years in Cloud Security, DevSecOps, or related roles
- Strong experience with FedRAMP environments
- Hands-on Terraform and CI/CD
- Deep experience with AWS, Azure, and GCP
- U.S. Citizenship required (no dual citizenship)
Compensation & Work Setup
- $120K–$150K base + bonus, benefits, and equity
- Remote (U.S.)
