About the role
DevOps Engineer (Long-Term Contract)
Value Innovation Labs is seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer with 10+ years of overall IT experience and 5+ years of hands-on DevOps expertise.
Responsibilities
- Build and automate CI/CD pipelines for cloud deployments
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and manage infrastructure provisioning
- Support cloud-native deployments on Microsoft Azure
- Manage and operate containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes (AKS)
- Use Helm for Kubernetes application packaging and deployment
- Perform Linux administration, monitoring, and cloud security troubleshooting
- Apply strong scripting and troubleshooting skills to resolve issues and improve systems
Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years IT experience, including 5+ years in DevOps
- Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Azure and Azure DevOps
- Strong CI/CD pipeline implementation and automation
- GitHub Actions and Git proficiency
- Extensive Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Hands-on Docker, Kubernetes (AKS), and Helm
- Scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, or Python
- Solid understanding of Linux, monitoring, and cloud security
