About the role

Role Overview

DevOps Engineer owning the reliability, scalability, and security of production infrastructure across distributed cloud environments.

Responsibilities

Architect and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS or GCP using Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible)
Design and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Argo CD
Build and operate monitoring, logging, and alerting systems
- Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog
Drive containerization and orchestration
- Docker and Kubernetes across multi-region environments
Participate in an on-call rotation to troubleshoot and resolve production incidents
Enforce security best practices, access controls, and compliance standards across cloud resources

Requirements

3–6 years of experience in DevOps / SRE / infrastructure engineering
Strong proficiency in AWS, GCP (or Azure) and Infrastructure as Code (notably Terraform)
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and service mesh architectures in high-throughput production environments
Scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Go
Strong networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, load balancing, TLS)

Nice to Have

CKA (Certified Kubernetes Administrator)
Experience with service meshes such as Istio
Background in FinOps cost optimization
