About the role

Role Overview

Full-time DevOps Engineer (Remote) responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines while ensuring the stability, scalability, and security of systems. The role emphasizes Kubernetes-based automation and infrastructure-as-code to enable reliable delivery and development agility.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and manage CI/CD using GitHub Actions and ArgoCD for reliable software delivery
Use Kubernetes and Karpenter for efficient resource management, scaling, and deployment
Develop and maintain IaC with Terraform and Terragrunt to automate provisioning and cloud resource management
Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth integration of features and system enhancements
Monitor performance, troubleshoot, and perform root cause analysis to maintain availability and reliability
Apply security best practices across DevOps workflows
Mentor junior engineers on DevOps tools, practices, and standards
Stay current with industry trends and improve DevOps workflows continuously
Document processes, configurations, and procedures

Requirements

5+ years experience in a DevOps or similar role
Proficiency with Kubernetes, Terraform/Terragrunt, GitHub, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, and GitOps
Strong understanding of AWS, Azure, or GCP
Experience with automation tools and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
Good communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Haves

Ability to lead DevOps initiatives at a senior/executive level and mentor others
