About the role

Role Overview

Joveo AI is hiring a DevOps Engineer (Remote) to build, automate, and maintain the infrastructure that keeps its AI recruitment platform reliable at scale. You will own CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and operational tooling, helping engineering teams ship quickly without breaking things.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for continuous delivery
Manage cloud infrastructure on AWS, GCP, or Azure using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC)
Monitor system health, define alerting thresholds, and lead incident response
Automate operational tasks to reduce toil across engineering
Collaborate with engineering teams to improve deployment velocity and reliability
Enforce security best practices across infrastructure and pipeline layers

Requirements

Strong experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure
Proficiency with IaC tools such as Terraform, Pulumi, or CloudFormation
Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes
Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI)
Familiarity with monitoring and observability stacks (e.g., Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana)
Scripting proficiency in Bash, Python, or Go for automation
