Role Overview

Join Joveo as a DevOps Engineer (Remote). You’ll build, automate, and maintain the infrastructure that keeps the AI recruitment platform reliable at scale, with a focus on CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, and operational tooling.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous delivery
Manage cloud infrastructure on AWS, GCP, or Azure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
Monitor system health, define alerting thresholds, and lead incident response
Automate operational tasks to reduce engineering toil
Collaborate with engineering teams to improve deployment velocity and reliability
Apply security best practices across infrastructure and pipeline layers

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure
Proficiency with IaC tools: Terraform, Pulumi, or CloudFormation
Hands-on experience with containers and orchestration: Docker and Kubernetes
Experience building/maintaining CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI)
Familiarity with monitoring/observability (e.g., Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana)
Scripting proficiency in Bash, Python, or Go for automation
