Role Overview
DevOps Engineer (Hourly Contract) — Remote You will design, operate, and improve scalable cloud infrastructure with a focus on AWS and Kubernetes, enabling continuous integration and delivery for development teams.
Responsibilities
- Design and manage scalable cloud infrastructure using AWS and Kubernetes
- Automate deployment pipelines, monitoring, and configuration management
- Collaborate with development teams to support CI/CD
- Monitor system performance and proactively resolve bottlenecks or outages
- Implement and enforce security best practices across infrastructure
- Document processes and clearly communicate technical concepts
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure and application issues
Requirements
- Strong DevOps experience and cloud-native infrastructure knowledge
- Hands-on Kubernetes expertise
- Strong experience with AWS and cloud architecture
- Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines, automation tools, and Infrastructure as Code
- Strong problem-solving and incident management skills
- Familiarity with monitoring/observability tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
