About the role

Role Overview

You will be a DevOps Engineer focused on the intersection of infrastructure, automation, and reliability. You’ll help keep the Orange Logic platform fast, secure, and scalable by building and operating the systems that support continuous delivery.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for fast and reliable software delivery
Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure across AWS/Azure/GCP, improving performance and cost efficiency
Use Infrastructure as Code (IaC) (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, or equivalent) to ensure consistency and repeatability
Monitor system health, respond to incidents, and lead post-mortems to improve reliability
Collaborate with engineering teams to embed DevOps best practices into the development lifecycle
Champion security standards across environments (including secrets management and network controls)
Drive automation initiatives that reduce toil and increase team velocity

Requirements

3+ years in a DevOps, Site Reliability, or Infrastructure Engineering role
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar)
Strong knowledge of CI/CD tooling (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, CircleCI, or equivalent)
Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Datadog, Grafana, PagerDuty, etc.)
Scripting fluency in Python, Bash, or similar
Security-first mindset; familiarity with compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001 preferred)

Experience in SaaS or enterprise software environments

Compensation & Benefits

Target compensation: $120,000 – $140,000 (annual) in most remote locations
