DevOps Engineer (m/w/d)

Role Overview

DevOps Engineer (m/w/d) for Salesforce in an enterprise environment, coordinating challenging release processes and shaping sustainable DevOps structures.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate Salesforce releases and hotfixes across multiple environments.
• Act as an interface between development, QA, Product Owners, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate deployment of Salesforce metadata, code, and configurations.
• Understand and challenge release contents, and identify risks early.
• Define and implement DevOps standards, branching strategies, and quality gates.
• Improve existing CI/CD and release processes and build internal DevOps know-how.

Requirements

• Multi-year Salesforce experience in the Core Clouds.
• Ability to discuss and assess Salesforce architectures and release content on an equal footing with development teams.
• Experience with Git, Salesforce DX, and common CI/CD tools.
• Structured and proactive working style with the ability to keep an overview during complex releases.
• Confident communication across teams and stakeholders.
• Very good German (C1+).

Nice to Have

• Deeper knowledge of Financial Services Cloud or Experience Cloud.
• Background as a Salesforce Developer or experience in organizational control of deployment/release processes.
