DevOps Engineer

Role Overview

Join the Level Access DevOps team to automate, optimize, and monitor multi-cloud infrastructure supporting software development and accessibility solutions. You’ll design, implement, and maintain infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines across AWS and Azure, improving reliability, scalability, and delivery speed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve multi-cloud infrastructure supporting company accessibility solutions
• Implement scalable, reliable, secure infrastructure on AWS, including cost optimization best practices
• Support Kubernetes (deploy applications and manage configurations)
• Build and enhance CI/CD pipelines to improve reliability and software delivery speed
• Automate provisioning and configuration using Terraform and Ansible
• Collaborate with development teams on deployment and architectural best practices
• Implement observability and monitoring (e.g., Datadog, CloudWatch) to ensure reliability
• Apply GitOps workflows using Argo CD or Flux CD
• Contribute to infrastructure and process documentation
• Assist with compliance efforts including ISO 27001 and SOC 2
• Participate in incident response and on-call rotations as required

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in DevOps, SRE, or related roles
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, AWS CodePipeline, GitHub Actions)
• Working knowledge of containers/orchestration: Kubernetes, Amazon EKS, Docker
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Terraform or AWS CloudFormation
• Proficiency with Git-based workflows and GitOps tools (Argo CD or Flux CD)
• Experience configuring/deploying Helm charts
• Bash scripting skills; Python and AWS Lambda familiarity is a plus
• Knowledge of Datadog and AWS CloudWatch
• Strong problem-solving, independent execution, collaboration, and communication/documentation skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with Microsoft Azure (including AKS)
• Familiarity with FedRAMP or regulated environments
• Exposure to AI/ML-driven solutions improving DevOps workflows
