About the role

Role Overview

Mid-to-Senior DevOps Engineer (100% remote for the right candidate). You will design and operate cloud infrastructure on AWS, modernize DevOps workflows, and improve system reliability and development team productivity.

Primary Responsibilities

Design, implement, and manage AWS cloud infrastructure using Terraform and SAM
Automate deployments and build CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions
Develop Python scripts for automation, monitoring, and system integrations
Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate with development teams to streamline releases
Implement automation frameworks focused on security, performance, and availability
Analyze infrastructure performance and recommend improvements
Collaborate on engineering tools, policies, and procedures
Gather and aggregate logs and metrics into actionable insights

Must-Haves

5+ years of cloud engineering or DevOps experience
Hands-on experience with Terraform, AWS, SAM, and GitHub Actions
Proficient in Python scripting
Strong understanding of infrastructure-as-code and cloud architecture
Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and automation best practices

Work hours typically 9:00 am–5:00 pm EST (occasional late nights)
Background checks required due to security-conscious client work
