About the role

Role Overview

Join DataAnnotation as a DevOps Engineer to support the training and improvement of AI chatbots/models. You will help assess chatbot progress, evaluate their logic, and solve problems to improve model quality.

Responsibilities

Provide AI chatbots coding challenges and evaluate their outputs
Assess AI model responses for correctness and performance
Troubleshoot and improve solutions by reasoning through evaluation results

Requirements

Proficiency in at least one programming language (notably Python and/or JavaScript; other acceptable languages listed: JavaScript, Python, C#, C++, HTML, SQL, Swift)
Ability to solve coding problems (e.g., LeetCode, HackerRank)
Ability to explain how your solution solves the problem
Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
Detail-oriented approach
Experience with algorithms, data structures, and debugging workflows

Nice to Have

A Bachelor’s degree (current/in-progress/completed preferred)

Additional Details

Independent contract position
Remote: choose your own schedule
Projects are paid hourly (starting $50–$100+ per hour) with bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work
