Role Overview

Join DataAnnotation as a DevOps Engineer to help train AI models. You’ll measure progress of AI chatbots, evaluate their logic, and solve problems to improve model quality.

Responsibilities

Create coding challenges for AI chatbots
Evaluate AI outputs for correctness and performance
Analyze and solve issues to improve model quality
Assess the quality of outputs produced by AI models

Requirements

Proficient in at least one of: Python and/or JavaScript
Strong ability to solve coding problems (e.g., LeetCode, HackerRank)
Ability to explain how your solutions solve each problem
Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
Detail-oriented approach
Experience with algorithms, data structures, and debugging workflows
A current/in-progress/completed Bachelor’s degree is preferred (not required)

Compensation & Logistics

Remote (full-time or part-time)
Choose which projects to work on; work on your own schedule
Paid hourly at $50–$100+/hr with bonuses for high-quality/high-volume work
Payment via PayPal (no applicant payments requested)
