About the role
Role Overview
DevOps Engineer (Remote) to support the training and improvement of AI chatbots/models. You will help assess model progress by running evaluations, testing logic, and solving technical/coding challenges.
Responsibilities
- Create or assign coding challenges for AI chatbots and evaluate their outputs
- Assess AI-generated responses for correctness and performance
- Debug and solve problems to improve the quality of each model
- For each coding task, be able to explain how your solution works
Requirements
- Proficient in Python and/or JavaScript
- Proficiency in at least one programming language: JavaScript, Python, C#, C++, HTML, SQL, or Swift
- Ability to solve coding problems (e.g., LeetCode/HackerRank) and explain your approach
- Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
- Detail-oriented
- Experience with algorithms, data structures, and debugging workflows
Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s degree (current/in progress/completed) preferred
Contract & Compensation
- Independent contract position (full-time or part-time)
- Remote (independent contract)
- Hourly pay starting at $50–$100+/hr, plus bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work
- Payment via PayPal
