About the role

Role Overview

You will work as a DevOps Engineer supporting the training of AI models and chatbots. The role involves running and evaluating coding challenges and assessing model outputs to improve quality.

Responsibilities

Give AI chatbots coding challenges and evaluate their outputs
Assess AI model output correctness and performance
Debug and solve problems to improve the quality of each model
For each coding problem, explain how your solution solves the problem

Requirements

Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript
Ability to code fluently in at least one programming language (examples given: JavaScript, Python, C#, C++, HTML, SQL, Swift)
Strong experience with algorithms, data structures, and debugging workflows
Native/bilingual English fluency
Detail-oriented approach to evaluation
Ability to complete coding problems similar to LeetCode/HackerRank style

Nice-to-Haves

A Bachelor’s degree (current/in-progress/completed) is preferred but not required

Contract & Logistics

Independent contract role
Remote (US only)
Paid hourly up to $60 USD/hour, with bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work
