Role overview

DevOps Engineer (AI model training/evaluation) — remote independent contract work focused on helping train AI chatbots.

Responsibilities

Create coding challenges for AI chatbots and evaluate their outputs
Assess AI model responses for correctness and performance
Improve model quality by debugging and solving problems related to model logic

Requirements

Proficient in at least one: Python and/or JavaScript
Able to solve coding problems (e.g., LeetCode, HackerRank) and explain how solutions solve the problem
Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
Detail-oriented approach
Experience with algorithms, data structures, and debugging workflows

Nice-to-haves

Bachelor’s degree (current/in progress/completed) preferred

Compensation & logistics

Remote full-time or part-time
Paid hourly up to $60 USD/hour, with bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work
