About the role
Role Overview
You will join the team to help train and evaluate AI models—specifically AI chatbots. The work involves measuring model progress, checking the quality of responses, and solving coding and logic problems to improve overall model performance.
Responsibilities
- Create coding challenges for AI chatbots and evaluate their outputs
- Assess AI model responses for correctness and performance
- Debug and solve problems to improve model quality
Requirements
- Proficient in either Python and/or JavaScript
- Able to solve coding problems (e.g., LeetCode, HackerRank) and explain how solutions work
- Fluent English (native or bilingual)
- Detail-oriented
- Experience with algorithms, data structures, and debugging workflows
- Bachelor’s degree (in progress/completed) preferred but not required

- Remote position; you can choose projects and work on your own schedule
- Independent contract opportunity; paid hourly up to $60 USD/hour
