About the role

Role overview

You will help train AI models by creating and evaluating coding challenges for AI chatbots and assessing the quality of their outputs. The position is remote and allows you to choose projects and work on your own schedule.

Responsibilities

Give AI chatbots coding challenges and evaluate their outputs
Measure progress of AI chatbots
Evaluate model logic, correctness, and performance
Debug and solve problems to improve the quality of each model

Requirements

Proficiency in at least one programming language (JavaScript, Python, C#, C++, HTML, SQL, or Swift)
Proficient in Python and/or JavaScript
Ability to solve coding problems (e.g., LeetCode/HackerRank)
Ability to explain how your solution solves each problem
Fluency in English (native or bilingual)
Detail-oriented approach
Experience with algorithms, data structures, and debugging workflows

Nice-to-haves

Bachelor’s degree (current/in progress/completed) preferred

Contract & compensation

Independent contract (full-time or part-time)
Remote (US applicants only)
Paid hourly up to $60 USD/hour, with bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work
