About the role

Role Overview

As a DevOps Engineer, you will help train and improve AI chatbots by evaluating their progress, testing their logic, and solving problems that increase overall model quality.

Responsibilities

Create and/or assign coding challenges to AI chatbots and evaluate their outputs
Assess AI model responses for correctness and performance
Debug and improve solutions to raise the quality of model outputs

Requirements

Proficiency in at least one programming language: Python and/or JavaScript
Strong ability to solve coding problems (e.g., LeetCode/HackerRank) in a required language
Ability to explain how your solution works
Detail-oriented approach
Experience with algorithms, data structures, and debugging workflows
Fluency in English (native or bilingual)

Preferred Qualifications

A Bachelor’s degree (current/in-progress/completed)

Work Details

Remote position (independent contract)
Hourly projects paid up to $60 USD/hour, with bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work
