About the role

Role Overview

You will join DataAnnotation as a DevOps Engineer supporting AI model training. The work centers on creating and evaluating coding challenges for AI chatbots, then using debugging and evaluation to improve model quality.

Responsibilities

Create AI chatbot coding challenges and review the chatbots’ outputs
Evaluate AI outputs for correctness and performance
Solve coding problems and explain how your solutions address the requirements
Use debugging and algorithmic thinking to improve model quality

Qualifications

Proficiency in at least one of Python and/or JavaScript
Ability to solve coding challenges (e.g., LeetCode, HackerRank) and explain your approach
Strong algorithm and data structure knowledge
Detail-oriented with effective debugging workflows
Fluent English (native or bilingual)
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required (in progress/completed acceptable)

Compensation & Work Details

Remote (full-time or part-time)
Independent contract position
Hourly projects up to $60 USD/hour, with bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work
Paid via PayPal
Work schedule: you can choose projects and work on your own schedule
