About the role

Role Overview

You will join the DataAnnotation team as a DevOps Engineer supporting the training of AI chatbots/models. Your work will involve measuring model progress, evaluating logic and output quality, and solving technical problems to improve overall model performance.

Responsibilities

Provide AI chatbots with coding challenges and evaluate their outputs.
Assess AI model responses for correctness and performance.
Use debugging and problem-solving to improve the quality of AI model outputs.

Requirements

Proficiency in at least one programming language, specifically Python and/or JavaScript.
Ability to solve coding problems (e.g., LeetCode, HackerRank) and explain how your solution works.
Fluency in English (native or bilingual).
Strong detail orientation.
Experience with algorithms, data structures, and debugging workflows.

Nice-to-haves

A Bachelor’s degree (current/in-progress/completed) is preferred but not required.

Compensation & Work Model

Remote (full-time or part-time).
Independent contract role.
Hourly pay up to $60 USD/hour, with bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work.
Paid via PayPal; only applicants in the United States are considered.
You can choose which projects to work on and work on your own schedule.
