DevOps Engineer

Role Overview

DevOps Engineer to design, automate, and operate modern CI/CD and cloud infrastructure, contributing to purpose-driven technology and social impact.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate software deployment
• Manage cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Set up and manage Docker containers and Kubernetes clusters
• Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible
• Implement system monitoring, logging, and alerting using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Azure Monitor
• Collaborate with development teams to optimize build and release processes
• Apply security and compliance best practices across infrastructure and deployments
• Troubleshoot infrastructure and application issues
• Improve DevOps practices aligned with sustainable growth and social impact

Required Skills / Qualifications

• Strong understanding of CI/CD processes and tools
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Working knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
• Familiarity with IaC tools
• Scripting skills in Bash, Python, or PowerShell
• Knowledge of monitoring and logging solutions
• DevSecOps exposure and security automation
• Understanding of database management and performance optimization
• Agile mindset and collaboration
• 1–5 years hands-on DevOps experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IT or related field
